If a student makes the decision of dropping out of graduate program, he / she is responsible for informing his / her plans to the program coordinator in order to avoid charges.

Below is IMPORTANT information related to your Tuition Payment:

	All payments must be in US dollars. No refunds of any kind will be made.
	The payment of $3,000 upon acceptance of admission is necessary to reserve airline tickets for in-residence week at Thunderbird. Late payment may cause additional costs or deferment of admission.
	Students must select a payment plan and a location to make payments, either their ITESM campus or Thunderbird. Students can change payment plans at the beginning of each academic year. Global MBA 2005 academic years begin August 11th, 2003 and August 23th, 2004.
	Students can pay via check, money order, wire transfer, credit card, or bank deposit (at Thunderbird or ITESM Virtual University). For monthly and semi-annual payments via credit card, the student must sign and submit an Automatic Credit Card Charge Authorization form.
	Students who fail to make a payment on time are considered delinquent in their payments. A late fee will be assessed for each month the payment is late and must be paid with due payment.
	Students whose payments are delinquent for two consecutive months will be removed from the program.
	Transcripts will be withheld until all due payments are made.
	Required computer, software, and Internet connection costs are not included in tuition fees.
